Jane Neff, ARNP, FNP-C

Working in Dermatology the past five years has been very rewarding. It is a field of medicine that is challenging and unique. Before deciding to branch off into the specialty of Dermatology, I worked as a Nurse Practitioner in Internal Medicine for three years.

My education consisted of receiving a BSN degree in 1978 from Iowa Wesleyan College, MSN degree from Drake University in 1993, and a Post Masters Family Nurse Practitioner Certification from Clarkson College in 1999.

Outside of work, I enjoy golfing, bowling, scrap booking, and spending time with family and friends.

Tirsa Quartullo, DNP

I am a board certified advanced nurse practitioner from Phoenix, Arizona. I graduated from the State University of New York at Buffalo with my bachelor degree in 1999 and completed graduate studies in 2002 which earned me a Master degree in Science. Subsequently, I was inducted into Sigma Theta Tau, the international nursing honor society in 2003. I completed my Doctor of Nursing Practice degree through Rocky Mountain University of Health Professions in 2008.

I reside in North Phoenix with my husband and daughter.

I have seven years combined experience in medical surgical nursing, geriatric medicine, family medicine, and most recently in the field of Dermatology. Joining the Radiant Complexions team has generated both personal and professional satisfaction. My love for dermatology and for performing various dermatological procedures is evident through my excitement and dedication to my patients and career. I am an avid nurse practitioner who values relationships, educational time with patients, and strives to make patients feel welcome and content. 

Stefanie Gatica, ARNP, FNP-C

I am a board certified family nurse practitioner from Ankeny, Iowa. My education consists of a Bachelor’s Degree in Spanish from the University of Northern Iowa, a nursing degree from DMACC, and a Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing as well as a Master’s in Nursing from Graceland University. I have been inducted into Sigma Delta Pi, a Spanish honor society, as well as Sigma Theta Tau, an international nursing honor society.

I have been working in the nursing field since 1992. I have nursing experience in the emergency room, intensive care, pediatrics, medical/surgical, family practice, and dermatology most recently. I have also been a nursing instructor at a local community college.

I am excited to work in the field of Dermatology and promise to provide competent, compassionate care to each patient I meet. I look forward to treating each patient as an individual.

When I am not working, I enjoy spending time with my family, watching sporting events, reading and scrapbooking.

I am a board certified nurse practitioner living in Mesa, Arizona. I received my Bachelor's and Master's degrees from the University of Arizona. Since 1995, I have been a family nurse practitioner, which allowed me abundant experience in caring for skin problems. My most recent job has been in the field of pain management.

I am very excited about working in Dermatology and I plan to provide friendly, convenient and experienced care to all of my patients. When I am not working, I enjoy spending time with my family and cooking.

Nadya Edwards, FNP-C

I am a board certified family nurse practitioner from Phoenix, Arizona. I was born and raised in the Ukraine where I received my diploma degree in nursing in 1994.  After moving to the U.S. in 1997, I continued my nursing practice.  Through my practice and experiences, I developed a passion for medicine and patient care which led me to continue my education - graduating with a Bachelor's Degree in Nursing Science from Grand Canyon University (GCU) in 2005.  In 2008, I graduated from GCU with a Master's Degree in Nursing Science and obtained a board certification as a family nurse practitioner.  

My nursing experiences consist of working in pediatric nursing, medical surgical/oncology nursing, intensive care and dermatology.

On a personal note, I enjoy spending time with my family and friends, exercise, hiking, traveling and reading.

I value the time and trust of my clients and I am committed to providing compassionate, convenient and personalized care to each client based on individual needs.  I am excited to be a part of Radiant Complexions Dermatology Clinics' team and to have the opportunity to make a difference in the lives of my clients.  

Shawn Searle, MD

I am a board certified family physician practicing in Chandler, Arizona. I grew up in Utah and after high school, I served a two-year church mission in The Netherlands.  After graduating with honors from Brigham Young University with a degree in psychology, I went to medical school in San Antonio, Texas. In 1996, I moved to Arizona and began my Family Practice residency at Good Samaritan Hospital in Phoenix.

After finishing my training, I worked for ten years at Cigna urgent care and moonlighted in various urgent care centers and emergency centers around Arizona. Most recently I worked as Medical Director of an early phase pharmaceutical research center in Phoenix.  

Outside of medicine, I enjoy spending time with my family, playing golf, going to Diamondbacks games, reading and cooking.

I love being a physician and enjoy the challenges of medicine. I look forward to being a part of Radiant Complexions Dermatology and am excited to serve the people of Chandler.  

Karen Hunke, ARNP, FNP-C

I am a certified family nurse practitioner trained to provide care to the entire family.  I earned my Master of Science in Nursing degree from the University of Nebraska Medical Center College of Nursing in Omaha, Nebraska, and my undergraduate degree from Midland Lutheran College in Fremont, Nebraska.  My family and I have recently returned to Iowa and I look forward to providing dermatology care to families in the Ames area.  In my free time, I enjoy spending time with my family, reading, and traveling.
